Bugad bike night - Vintage and classic motorcycle

Sod lawn tennis and cricket, summer is all about bike night season. Here are a few snaps from the gathering every Tuesday eve at Bugad motorcycles.

Sweet Honda 400/4 cafe racer.

Line up with a pair of 400/4s to the front.

A brace of Buells. Both S1 Lightnings.

BMW R100RS Motorsport edition.

Another view of the Motorsport Beemer. The only
difference between a standard R100RS and the
Motorsport limited edition is the colour scheme.
Looks nice though.

VMCC vintage cars invite evening - Vintage and classic motorcycle

Fine riding weather has been lacking so far this summer but yesterday evening was an exception. The evening sun was a good excuse to get out and make the most of it with a ride over to the local Dorset VMCC meet for their annual vintage car and bike ride in.

The weather drew a decent turn out of bikes and five classic / vintage cars. Here are a few snaps of the machines parked favourably for photo ops.

Lovely unrestored BSA B31.

Series C Vincent Rapide wearing its age well.

Cracking AC Six two litre from 1925. Decent performance but
no front brakes!

Sweet Royal Enfield Model G.

B31, A65 and K75.

That B31 again. A perfect example of
British machinery from the golden era.

BMW K75. Now a classic.

Cheney Triumph.

Sunbeam S7 to the fore.

We had a great time buzzing around Cappadocia exploring the underground cities for a couple of days. The MZ was a 250 and was a sweet bike, the Honda didn't leave much of an impression but it did the job as a twist and go pretty well.

Post war club meet - Vintage and classic motorcycle

Meeting up for a ride out in the early fifties. Difficult to positively identify many of the bikes in the line up. Second from left is unmistakably a Douglas. Well done if you can name the rest of them.

Bike meet fifties style. Looks like winter time from the
riding gear.
