LE Velocette in Penang - Vintage and classic motorcycle

I was sorting out old photos recently and came across this one. It was taken back in 1995 in George Town, Penang, Malaysia when I was on a backpacking trip around Asia. The bike looks well looked after and has the stylish and rare streamlined pannier set. Wonder if it is still around?
